We did an amazing job at reducing electricity usage for July and August. Keep it up and remember the focus on students will be the primary way we reach our sustainability goal.
What ideas do you have for future reports?
I want to summarize the 4 ideas I presented at my sustainability presentation on Monday morning:
ReplyDelete1. We have a lot of buying power--shop locally to keep our local population from leaving
2. What does a student want? Many things that we can provide by teaching our classes a little differently than the traditional.
3. The Quest Lunch: an extended lunchtime once per week with hosted activities that promote learning or other healthy activities.
4. Use the pamphlet mode at 64% on the copier to cut your use in half!
